ES CAMPUR Santan



Bahan :
Sagu secukupnya direbus, tiriskan.
Kolanag kaling rebus, potong jadi 2
Roti tawar potong kotak
Santan encer 1000 ml
10 sdm gula pasir
½ sdt garam
1 sachet vanili
2 lbr daun pandan
es batu secukupnya

Cara membuat :
Rebus santan,gula,garam,Vanili,daun pandan sampai mendidih aduk nterus supaya santan tidak pecah.
Penyajiannya : Susun dalam mangkok sagu,kolang-kaling,roti tawar, siram dengan rebusan santan dan beri es batu.
